If you live in France, return shipping is free. Here are the steps to follow:

- Write an email to retourflair@groupetcp.com indicating your name, order number, and the reason for your return
- If you live in France, you will receive a label to return your package
- Insert the delivery note in the package by circling each returned item with a pen.

If you live abroad, we unfortunately cannot afford to offer you the return shipping costs. Your package must be returned to this address with this delivery note in the package, circling each returned item with a pen:

If you are returning your goods from outside the European Union, please send them under the DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) incoterm. Please note that any goods not cleared by customs will be refused by our warehouse.
