Standard delivery takes 2 to 5 working days in France. For other countries, this may vary from 5 to 10 days.

Express delivery means next-day delivery in mainland France, if the order is placed before 11am on the same day.

Please note that when an item is on pre-order, its delivery date is indicated on the product sheet.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as your order has been shipped. It will contain your tracking link 💌

If your package has been returned to the sender, we will not be able to reship it. Your order will be refunded upon receipt and we will let you place a new order.

If your order contains several bodysuits, one of which is pre-sold, your entire order will be shipped when the latter is available. 

RETURNS

After receiving your parcel, you have 15 days to return any items you do not wish to keep. After this period, we will unfortunately be unable to offer you a refund.

RETURN CONDITIONS

The product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unworn and unwashed.

If this is not the case, we reserve the right to charge a reconditioning fee or to return the product to you at our expense. 

REIMBURSEMENT
----

In accordance with the e-commerce consumer law:
"The online buyer has a right of withdrawal of 15 days from the day after he takes possession of the goods without justification or payment of penalties on his part. They may, however, be liable for return shipping costs. Reimbursement of all sums paid, including delivery costs in the event of a complete order being returned, must be made within 14 days of the brand being informed of the customer's decision to withdraw."

Once the refund has been processed, you should receive it within 2 to 3 working days (but this depends on the financial institution).
