Standard delivery takes 2 to 5 working days in France. For other countries, this may vary from 5 to 10 days.

Express delivery means next-day delivery in mainland France, if the order is placed before 11am on the same day. If the order is placed after 11am, it will be delivered the following day. 

The order preparation time is 48 hours working days, regardless of your delivery zone. This may be extended during collection launches or busy holiday seasons, for example.

Metropolitan France, Andorra and Monaco :

  • Chronopost express: €15
  • Free Colissimo delivery for all orders over 200€.


Overseas :

For all items shipped outside the European Union (and DOM TOM), the price will be automatically calculated exclusive of tax on your invoice.

The carrier may ask you to pay taxes or customs duties upon delivery. You are responsible for these customs duties and taxes.

In the event of a return, we cannot reimburse you for the costs paid at the time of delivery. We can provide you with proof of return if required. 

Your order contains a pre-order or pre-sale item:

Pre-orders are offered over a defined period of time and shipping will take place once the period has passed. The shipping date is announced on the page of the product available for pre-order.

If your order consists of a stock item already available and a pre-order item, we ship both items together (once the pre-order item is available) in order to reduce our carbon footprint.

If you need your bodysuit at short notice, you can place two separate orders: one with the pre-ordered bodysuit, the second with the bodysuit you'd like to receive sooner. In this case, you will be charged twice for delivery.


Your order contains items that are in stock and available immediately:

Orders are prepared within 48 hours, but may take a little longer during busy periods (collection launches, end-of-year celebrations, etc.). If your order has not been dispatched within 5 days, please contact Flair customer service at

If one of the bodysuits you have selected is on presale, this means that your entire order will be shipped when it becomes available for immediate delivery. 


Are you too impatient? 


If you wish to receive a model already available before the pre-sale one, you will have to place two separate orders as we do not do partial shipments.

Second-hand and new bodysuits cannot be delivered in the same parcel. 

Second-hand bodysuits and those from our current collections are not handled at the same logistics site, so they cannot be processed and shipped together at the moment.

Shipping costs will therefore have to be paid twice.



After receiving your parcel, you have 15 days to return any items you do not wish to keep. After this period, we will unfortunately be unable to offer you a refund.

Please note that to qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. 


To make a return or an exchange, please follow the steps below: 

  • Complete the form and enter your e-mail address and order number at: https: //

  • For returns within mainland France, a Colissimo shipping label will be generated. All you have to do is download it, print it and stick it on your parcel. 
  • Before closing your parcel, insert the delivery note inside, circling in pen each item you wish to return.
    If you no longer have the delivery note, slip a note into the return parcel, indicating your order reference and your full name.


For returns from overseas and abroad, shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

For your return to be accepted (and for a refund or exchange to be made), it is necessary for the item to comply with the following conditions: 

  • The item must not have been worn or washed, and must not have any stains on the inside or outside( e.g.traces of deodorant ).

  • The article must always have its paper label and cord attached.

  • The item must not be damaged (loose seams, holes, etc.).

If the conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse your return or exchange, and to return the item to you at our expense.

Today, it is not possible to exchange an item a second time. You must return it for a refund, then place the order again.

The procedure is the same as for a standard return (see above). You must register your return using the following form: https: // 

Please note in the form the reference of your exchanged order which begins with EXC-#12345 without the "#" (and not the reference of your original order "#12345").

If you notice a defect on your item as soon as you open your order, write to us at with a photo of the defect and your order reference number without delay.

When a parcel is automatically returned to us, we will contact you and proceed with the refund. This will allow you to reorder, adjusting the delivery address if you still wish. 


The size to choose may vary according to the material used to make our bodysuit: 

Our velvet bodysuits don't contain elastane, so they fit a little smaller (especially in length). The extra length can give you greater comfort and a few extra centimeters. If you're between sizes or have a large bust, choose the next size up. 

For our ribbed ottoman bodysuits, choose your usual top size.

In all cases, you'll find size advice for each model on every product sheet on the site.


Do you have a small or generous bust and are wondering which bodysuit would suit you best?

For smaller breasts, any bodysuit will do! Wear with or without bra. 

For medium to large cups, opt for bodysuits made of corduroy or cotton velvet, which provide excellent support (even without a bra) up to size F. And our customers are the ones who say so 😉

We recommend the extension if you are 1m70 or taller to add length to the bodysuit, but not only! 😉

No matter what the size, the extension cord is made for you if :

You feel a little too tight in your bodysuit, but the next size up seems too big. It can add a few centimetres in length and/or loosen the top.

If you have a generous bottom and your pant size is larger than your top size. The extension will offer you more comfort below and the bodysuit will mark less at the buttocks and hips under your pants 👌


Elyn is a service that allows you to place an order without any advance payment. You will then receive your order and have 5 days to try on your items at home.

You will only be charged for the items you keep. Returns are free of charge.

You can choose to use Elyn if your delivery address is in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy and Spain.

Returns are free of charge within France only. From other countries, shipping costs are at the customer's expense. 

At checkout: instead of choosing a conventional payment method (credit card, Paypal), Elyn will be suggested at the very bottom of the list. The steps to follow will then be explained to you.

That's right! The discount will be applied to the amount debited to you if you choose to keep one or more items from your order. 

You have 5 days to indicate your choice upon receipt of your order.

If you indicate that you will keep your order for 2 days after receiving it, the debit will be triggered immediately.

If you don't specify anything, the debit will take place automatically after 5 days. 

Please note that when you request an exchange of your order, Elyn assumes that you "keep" the item for exchange, so you will be debited for the amount of the item. If you choose not to keep the exchanged item, you can return it for a refund.


You can purchase a gift card directly through the "gift card" section. Your gift card will be sent by email with the message of your choice and the code of the amount you have selected. You can choose to put 50, 100, 125, 150 or 200€. Your card can be used in one or more instalments and is valid for one year from the date of your purchase.

Do you have a discount code or a promotional offer? Simply copy and paste your code into the space provided at the time of payment and the discount will be applied!

You can wear your bodysuit with a skirt, jeans, flowing pants, shorts, wider or tighter pants... with sneakers, sandals, mules or heels! The choice is yours.

The tanga cut and materials have been chosen so that you can wear just about any type of stocking, without having any demarcations 😌 

It's really a question of comfort. At Flair, for example, there are two schools, and our two associates do things differently: one with, the other without! 👯‍♀️


Our parts are machine washable at 30 degrees maximum and low spin (or no spin), with a non-abrasive detergent 🧼

Our bodysuits are precious: turn them inside out before washing and put them in a wash bag to preserve them.

If you wash our parts by hand, use a mild detergent and do not leave them to soak. 

Rinse your swimwear well after swimming, but don't soak it. 

All our pieces are made in France, and more specifically in Troyes, which is the cradle of textile and knitwear workshops in France. We wanted to highlight this French know-how for each of your pieces ❤️

All our production takes place in Troyes, where our materials are dyed and knitted. As are design, styling and pattern-making.

We have also chosen a logistician in this city to limit transport. Your order pickers are also located in Troyes!

So everything is made within a 10km radius, in a short circuit.

From this, we assess the fairest possible price, which guarantees ethical production.

Finally, by setting up a second-hand service, we hope to fill the gaps in the clothing industry, by promoting the sustainability of our garments.
